Bye Korea...Thanks for all the Kimchi!


We finished work and are now packing all our belongings and heading to the airport. We anticipate a massive dose of jet leg...any tips for a quicker recovery? So long Korea...we hope to be back and for those in Canada...see ya on the flip side!

Jet lag... go to sleep at the same time as people in the country where you are going. That first night/day it is imperative that you get on the same schedule. I've only had jet lag once in my life, and that was after I spent a week at home and came back to Korea to teach on a different schedule than when I left.
