It's Beginning to Look a lot like Autumn

So...I've been criticized by a random blogger for being a complainer when writing about our weekend to Seoraksan. I re-read what I wrote and I probably have to agree that I was slightly pessimistic. I do apologize! I was writing with fresh memories of being soaking wet, freezing cold, riding on a bus for 5 1/2 hours to snap a few pics in the rain before we had to turn around and come home again. Despite our bad planning and naivity with Seoul traffic, the mountain was absolutely breathtaking! The colours on the trees were vibrant, the air so fresh and the glory of God displayed before us. How like us to focus on the frustrating details of life instead of recognizing and praising God's handiwork in creation before us!

Biggest Budha I've ever seen!

Ah the Korean sun visor. Despite how good it looks, I didn't buy it

Happy Birthday Jordo!

Boys enjoying their steaks.

THE dinner.

Ugh...I can't believe they serve shrimp (or whatever it is) like this...eyes and everything!

The Birthday Cake. Bread and jam. We got ice cream later!
